How RCMMS uses information
RCMMS is a road construction and maintenance product for authorised agency staff. This page describes what the website and Android companion collect and why.
Account
Sign-in uses the same staff account as the website. We store your name, username or email, role, office, and session so you can do the work you are permitted to do.
Work data
Roads, contracts, payments, photos, messages, and related records belong to your agency. They are shown only to people your organisation has authorised.
Android companion
- Location — used when you capture a georeferenced site photo on a road. It is not used to track you in the background.
- Camera — used for site photos you choose to take.
- Microphone — used only for in-app voice calls you start or answer.
- Messages — agency direct messages, delivery and read status, and optional notifications when a message arrives.
- Device token — stored so the app can alert you to messages and works that need attention. You can refuse notification permission.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this product for advertising. Access is limited to authorised personnel and agency administrators.
Retention and access
Your agency decides how long programme records are kept. Ask an RCMMS administrator to correct account details, review access, or raise a data request.
